"Let's leave caste madness to our elders!"

This is what Manchu Manoj said at the end of the audio launch event of his upcoming film ‘Shourya’. He made this statement after the elders of the film industry left the stage. May be he didn’t want to tell the same when biggies are there on the dais for apparent reasons we can understand. Manoj’s comments comes at the time AP is burning with caste issue.

‘Nowadays whenever we switch on our television sets , we are finding people fighting in the names of religion and caste. Let’s leave that fight to elders and move on. Our caste is lovers,’ said Manoj on stage. This isn’t the first time, Manoj talked about casteism in the society.

He further added that ‘Shourya’ will not have regular fights like in his earlier films. But there would be some thrill factor in this love story, which audiences would enjoy. Regina is playing his love interest in the film and has paired up with Manoj for the first time.
