Manchu Manoj’s Political Tone

Manchu Manoj’s recent speech during the pre-release event of ‘Okkadu Migiladu‘, Manchu Manoj’s had political undertones. Now, his upcoming movie is in controversy with allegations that ‘Okkadu Migiladu’ was offered only one theatre by Asian Sunil who has bulk theatres in his control.

To settle the controversies related to the films’ releases amicably, Manchu Manoj suggested that leaders like KTR, Srinivas Yadav and bigheads of the industry must take an active part in finalising the theatres, for every week’s releases. That way, small films will be assured a justifiable number of theatres and won’t get crushed down amidst big releases.

Bringing up the names of KCR and KTR during the controversy and sky praising them by saying that they are doing the best for the State of Telangana definitely has political undertones. However, his angst about the small films’ releases is something the bigheads of the industry must ponder upon. Don’t they need to?
