In a chat show, Bollywood beauty Alia Bhatt said that the President of our country is Prithiviraj Chauhan. Since then memes on Alia Bhatt’s GK have become very common to the extent that, the actress herself was found cracking jokes on herself on her GK recently. Coming to Tollywood, a popular media house published some funny answers given by our celebs regarding Republic Day.

While natural star Nani thinks that we are celebrating R-Day this year because Obama is visiting India, Harshavardhan Rane thinks that it is the day when India got Independence in 1948. Oops! Actress Sanjanna remembers that it is her mother’s birthday 50 years ago. Regina quizzes if it is 1942 or 47 we got Independence.

Lavanya comes a bit close asking whether it is connected with our constitution. But falters asking if it was in 1947 (OMG! It’s Republic Day not Independence on 26th Jan). Seems our Tollywood celebs too need a special class to know the difference between the two important days (somebody please send them to school again :-)). What many know is the name of Mahatma Gandhi, though they aren’t sure how he is connected to R-Day. No one even mentioned Dr.BR.Ambedkar, who is the chairman of the drafting commission of our Constitution.
