The powerful film here is Aravinda Sametha starring Young Tiger NTR. His movie will release worldwide on October 11 according to buzz in the industry. That is a perfect release date for a biggie as it gives it an entire holiday season to milk.

However, with each passing day, we hear a new movie being targeted for the same Holiday week. Some of them are confirmed, while others haven’t yet. The okayed ones are Vishal’s Pandemkodi 2, and Dil Raju’s Hello Guru Prema Kosame starring Ram. Both the movies are looking at the October 18 release. Then there are, Ravi Teja’s Amar Akbar Antony and Varun Tej’s space thriller looking to arrive around the same time.

And lastly, one also hears that Naga Chaitanya’s now much-delayed Savyasachi could be a wildcard entry for Dushera. If Chaitu’s Shailaja Reddy Alludu is a success, that will increase box office prospects of Savyasachi manifolds. It means there is a chance of the movie eating into the bigger pie meant for the biggie.

While none of these films is in no way a competition, the problem arises with screening and theatres. It could turn out to be an issue in the multiplexes and the US. Let us see how many of these finally make it for the festival.
