Ravi Teja, Vijay, Nani: Audience Might Get Bored?

In recent years, there has been a decline in the popularity of cop-centric stories in Tollywood. While such roles used to be a highlight, they now seem less impactful and have become rarer in recent films.

However, this summer, several films are bringing the cop genre back, and it could lead to an overload of such stories.

Mass Raja Ravi Teja is returning to the cop genre with Mass Jathara, where he plays Lakshman Bheri, a railway police officer. After successful films like Vikramarkudu, Power, and Waltair Veerayya, Ravi Teja is back to what he does the best.

Nani is also stepping into the cop world for the first time in Hit: The Third Case. Nani will play Arjun Sarkar, a serious police officer in an intense crime thriller, marking a major shift in his career towards action.

Vijay Deverakonda is starring in a cop thriller directed by Gautam Tinnanuri, playing an undercover spy similar to Mahesh Babu’s character in Pokiri.

Bellamkonda Sreenivas will play a police officer in Tyson Naidu, directed by Sagar K. Chandra. This movie will showcase a unique take on the cop role.

Prabhas’ is also playing the role of cop in Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Spirit which might release next year.

There is a chance that audiences might get bored of seeing too many cop films one after the other.
