Vijay Deverakonda’s Honest Take on Fame and Success

Success may have changed Vijay Deverakonda’s life, but it hasn’t changed the way he thinks. During the promotions of Ranabaali, the actor opened up about his middle-class mindset and recalled how he used to look at people travelling in cars while he was on a bus.

Vijay said he would often wonder whether people had bought their cars with their own money or if their fathers had paid for them. He would also think about how comfortable it must be to travel in a car, something he could only look at from the bus window back then.

Life has taken a turn since those bus rides. Vijay said he now finds himself sitting in a car and looking at people travelling by bus, wondering what might be going through their minds. It is a different feeling from the days when he was the one looking at cars and imagining what life inside one would be like.

For Vijay, the money and success may have changed his lifestyle, but that middle-class way of thinking is still very much a part of him. He may be travelling in the cars he once looked at from a distance, but the memories of those days haven’t gone away. The actor opened up about this side of himself during the promotions of Ranabaali.
