Middle Finger to Taxiwala Piracy Reviews

Being hit by piracy twice before new film comes to theatres is like hitting the movie on the face and hurting the morale of the team. Reviews based on the three-hour long movie have written off ‘Taxiwala‘ and they were sent to Vijay Deverakonda through social media.

Now, the edited final version of the movie hit the theatres and has opened to a positive talk. The movie proves two points. The first one being the craze on Vijay Deverakonda that is showing in the form of occupancy that turned out to be more than expected. The second point is Vijay’s content-based films showing middle-finger to the piracy reviews.

Not only ‘Taxiwala’, even Vijay’s recent blockbuster ‘Geetha Govindam’ was hit by piracy. Both the movies have raised above the piracy and didn’t disappoint the audiences, especially, Vijay Deverakonda’s fans. ‘Taxiwala’ is made with just Rs. 3 crores and going by the way the movie has opened, it is certain to recover the number within a few days.

This movie will post a decent number and for the small-scale film, it has collected $ 115 K in the US. With extremely poo talk on ‘Amar Akbar Anthony’, it will easily pass NOTA $348 K. It’s not Deverakonda but the audiences who watched ‘Taxiwala’ in the theatres showed the middle finger to the pirates and piracy reviews.
