Remember the decade old Missamma starring Bhoomika as the boss taunting Shivaji, the film is now being remade in Kannada and it’s been named Namasthe Madam. The ‘Madam’ here is played by Priyamani and Srinagara Kitty will essay the role of Shivaji here.
Another important character in the film is that of the wife of Shivaji originally played by Laya in Telugu. This role will be played by Puli heroine Nikesha Patel. It will mark the return of the actress in Kannada films after some gap. The actress after making her debut in Telugu with Puli settled in Kannada industry but later took a brief gap to do couple of Tamil films and now hat these are over she has returned to Kannada films again. Here’s hoping she continues from where she left off.
