In the video, Stalin is seen irritated and slightly slapped with the back of his hand. This issue blew up on social media after several Tv channels aired the clip repeatedly, Chief Minister Jayalalithaa’s office too released a statement that reads “This news is available in the media. This is not the way an MLA should behave. I hope he will not behave like this in the future”.

However, Stlain refused Jayaa’s charge and said he didn’t slap the passenger but the man was was unintentionally stamping on a girl’s feet and I gestured him to move that is when my hand hit his face. It was not intentional, and I didn’t slap him. Why can’t Jayalalithaa understand this? asked Stalin.
