Case in point is Telugu actress Sanjjanaa who is on the brink of filing an official complaint with the police against a family friend regarding the refusal of loan repayment. As it so happens, the actress had loaned a sum of Rs 13.5 lakh to her family friend Rajiv Malhotra and his son Prashanth in 2012 itself. But when asked to give back the money, the duo has been making excuses and refusing to pay back the money.
Sanjjanaa explains that both families have been known each other for quite some time now and that is the reason she gave them the money when Rajiv begged her for it. However when contacted for repayment, Rajiv has refused and has even threatened to have them killed.
