Movies on Tara Chowdary’s life!

Sleaze sells good in Telugu cinema on par with any genre. On Tuesday, a film title, ‘Oka Thaara…Chandrulendaro’ (one star and many moons) was registered with the AP Film Chamber of Commerce, indicating a film based on the dark life of Tara Chowdhury is on the anvil. There are more movies which are said to have inspired from her life. There are reports that producers are considering making films with titles like ‘Tara Juvva’, ‘Tara Thoranam’, ‘Vompu Sompula Vayyari’ and ‘Camera Rani’.

Tara is currently in judicial custody arrested in an alleged prostitution racket, She is giving sleepless nights to politicians, policemen and bureaucrats, who, it is alleged, were her clients and made use of her services. With the back ground of a village girl coming to city with celluloid interest, it may not be difficult to script writers to pen a story on her life.
