Mrunal Thakur is getting ready for her third Telugu movie, “Family Star,” which stars The Vijay Deverakonda. It’s coming out this Friday. Her previous Telugu films, “Sita Ramam” and “Hi Nanna,” were huge hits not only in theaters but also on OTT.
She also received a lot of acclaim for her surreal performance and serene beauty. Mrunal also got credit for the success of those films which is a rarity in the film industry where heroines aren’t given much credit.
People have started calling her ‘lucky’ for the Telugu film industry because of her successful movies. But she doesn’t really like that label. She revealed that acting is more than just a job for her; it’s her passion. She said that she only accepts roles that she deeply connects with.
Mrunal prefers roles where she has a significant part to play. That’s why she agreed to play characters like Sita in Sita Ramam, Yashna in “Hi Nanna,” and Indu in “Family Star” because they are crucial to the story.
If “Family Star” becomes a hit, it will be a hattrick – her third successful Telugu movie in a row which will be a phenomenal achievement.
Though the success of “Family Star” is more crucial for Vijay Deverakonda and director Parasuram, it will still boost Mrunal’s already thriving career and will solidify her position as one of the star heroines in Tollywood.
