Vijay’s and Murugadoss’ speeches at the audio launch event hint at enough controversies in store for the movie in the coming days. Vijay’s last movie ‘Mersal’ was benefited big time from political controversies.

Going by the speeches, it looks like ‘Sarkar’ will follow the same route. Murugadoss said, “We haven’t just mocked the politicians but there is a lot in the film.” Don’t you think that was enough to clearly specify that ‘Sarkar’ will also be benefiting from the political controversies?

Nowadays, mocking politicians is like inviting controversies as people have forgotten to take and enjoy political satire in the right way. Even Vijay’s speech was loaded with political flavour implicitly expressing his ambition to be the real CM and also what he would do if he becomes the Chief Minister of the State.
