Naidu gets rude shock from Center

In what can be termed as a shock to Andhra Pradesh, Center had decided that both the Telugu States will divide the loans brought from foreign financial agencies in the Population ratio. These loans are for the infrastructure projects which are high in and around Hyderabad.

Earlier there is a proposal that the loans will go to that state where the projects are. Accordingly, Telangana has to get 5500 Crore as its share and AP to get 3500 Crore. But now, the center has clarified that these loans will be divided in population ration.

Accordingly, Telangana will get a share of 3745 Crore in these loans which means a relief of 1755 Crore for the new state. AP is reportedly aghast with this decision as it have to pay for the major infra projects in Telangana like Outer Ringer Road.
