Nandamuri Balakrishna is among the Tollywood celebrities who had landed in Bengaluru to pay the final respects to Kannada Superstar Puneet Rajkumar. Balakrishna was moved seeing the mortal remains of the actor and was seen struggling to control his tears.

Balakrishna is rarely seeing that emotional. It has come as a surprise to everyone. And that only speaks about the bond between them. Late NTR and Rajkumar are contemporaries and very close to each other. Balayya and Puneet are also very close.

With that relationship, Puneet Rajkumar’s brother Shivraj Kumar played a small character in Balakrishna’s Gautamiputra Satakarni. The final rites will happen later today. Lakhs of people are throngging to Kanteerava Stadium where Puneet’s mortal remains were kept for the Public to pay their last respects.

Entire Sandalwood has come to a standstill with this unexpected development. Theaters remain closed for today as well. Interestingly, Puneet’s elder brother, Shivaraj Kumar’s Bhajrangi 2 has released on Friday coinciding Puneet’s Demise.
