Balayya doesn’t like to be called ‘Sir’!

Senior star Balakrishna is mostly addressed as Balayya Babu by the Telugu Film Fraternity and that only conveys the respect they have towards Nandamuri family. That seems to be fine for Balayya. However heroine Trisha has an interesting revelation to make.

Addressing Balayya as ‘Balayya Sir!’ during the audio launch event of her bilingual movie ‘Nayaki’ , Trisha revealed that Balakrishna doesn’t like to be addressed as ‘Sir!’. Out of respect to him and his family name, it’s natural that people call him ‘Sir!’.

Though people address him as ‘Babu’, ‘Sir’ etc, Balayya always tries to be jovial, cutting jokes and making the moments lighter for all the audiences present. The kind of energy and the fluency regarding taking illustrations from puranas snd mythology earn him respect though he may not like it. What say?
