Nani Back with a Big Challenge!

Playing dual roles isn’t a new thing for Nani and he had done it twice in the past for ‘Janda Pai Kapiraju’ and ‘Gentleman’. They didn’t bring him any big appreciation for the portrayal of a negative role, though.

For the third time, Nani is said to be doing a dual role in one of his upcoming projects to be helmed by director Merlapaka Gandhi. It seems, Nani liked the story and the dual roles and hence picked up the film as his next after ‘Ninnu Kori’ and Dil Raju’s production venture ‘MCA’.

Nani’s negative role in ‘Gentleman’ didn’t go all the way as a villain was a decent outing. Nothing extraordinary in terms of characterisation or Nani’s performance. When Nani is doing a dual role, audiences expect him to do something really interesting and exciting. Anyway, Merlapaka Gandhi’s track record and merit make us hope for another bankable film from Nani.
