Nani is possibly one of the most consistent Hero in Telugu cinema, if not the most consistent when it comes to delivering at least bare minimum films. There is always something to look forward to with his films, and that has been the case for the last decade or so.

But for the first time, his critical calculation has gone horribly wrong and it happened for The Paradise, which happens to be the most ambitious and costliest project in his career till date.

The fundamental reason why there is any kind of credibility and validation for this film in the first place is entirely due to the presence of Nani and partly due to Anirudh Ravichander.

But after watching the film, people are questioning the creative choice of Nani to work on a script that has something to do with different country recognition, indigenous flag, or what not for that matter.

Many viewers are unable to process the fact that Nani got himself associated with such radical things like this, that should not have passed the writing stage in the first place.

At the end of the day, it is the credibility of Nani that made him what he is today, and when that is questioned with radical writing and wild episodes, Nani is going to be the most affected one here.

The only ray of hope for this firm from the start has been the trust that Nani had built with the audience over the years, and that has been blasted away in the most merciless manner.
