Lady Superstar Insulted at Own Film’s Event

Radha Ravi is one of those controversial names who has been in the controversies for belittling women on various occasions and he did it again, now. He insulted Tamil Film Industry’s lady superstar Nayantara at the trailer launch event of her own film ‘Kolayuthir Kaalam’. It was really sad that no big name condemned him.

He slut-shamed her saying that she is the same actress who is playing a ghost, a modern girl and also playing a goddess. That means he despised Nayantara for playing both the roles in the movie. When she is held in high regard for her prowess and acting talent, Radha Ravi’s comments on the top heroine are totally regressive. Even his own sister, Radhika Sharat Kumar disapproved his comments and said that Nayantara is a befitting actress.

There were only a few including singer Chinmayi Sripadi and only a couple of others who condemned the senior for his regressive comments on a female actor. Even Vishal, who holds posts both in Nadigar Sangham and TFPC has been tight-lipped instead of condemning his comments on an actress and that too publicly on a stage.
