Nene Naa is helmed by Caarthik Raju of Ninnu Veedani Needanu Nene fame. The trailer reveals a lot but nothing concrete is known about the plot. An intrigue is therefore maintained in the story.
The casting looks fine with some notable faces in the mix. However, more than the casting it is the story and screenplay that generally are vital in the narrative like Nene Naa? In this aspect, the trailer shows promise, without any doubt. The murder mystery and the past and present angle make one curious.
Nene Naa? is made as a bilingual in Telugu and Tamil. It is named Soorpanagai in Tamil. While most of the cast is the same the central comedian is replaced in the two languages. Vennela Kishore is that actor in Telugu.
