Nithiin-Nandini Reddy project on hold

Director Nandini Reddy says that she has put her project with Nithiin on hold for the time being as she feels Telugu industry is going through a flux currently. She said since there are a lot of tax issues due to the change in the government, she has decided to not start her project.

Meanwhile, she is getting ready to direct the Hindi remake of Ala Modalaindi. She confirmed the news and said that a leading production house has signed her on for the remake, which will feature a news cast. Since, Ala Modalaindi, Nandini has made only one film called Jabardasth, which bombed at the box-office. Will she able score a hit in Hindi as well? That’s the big question which needs answer to.

It will be interesting to see who will star in this film? Will it be Arjun Kapoor or Ranveer Singh or even a totally new cast.
