No allocations for Cash cow Hyderabad

Hyderabad is definitely the cash cow of Telangana. In fact, it is no exaggeration to say it is the spine of 10 districts in Telangana. The Greater Hyderabad Corporation is getting 9037 Crore from taxes and others from the people in corporations.

But these funds are not being used for the capital and governments are only making sparse allocations here. Corporation is spending only 2100+ Crore for the development activities. Majority is going for administrative expenses. The interior wards of the capital are rarely getting any funds and suffering from severe problems.

The capital which the rulers claim to be made a Universal city, is facing all sorts of basic problems like acute water shortage, roads are in bad shape, and drains are overflowing, making the standard of life very cheap.
