NTR Gets ANR Right

Team NTR has been doing an excellent job with the casting of principal characters of the movie. It is once again highlighted with the unveiling of Akkineni Nageswara Rao on the occasion of his birth anniversary.

Sumanth, first of all, was an apt choice and the image shows exactly why everyone thought so. The actor has the smile and face cut that is reminiscent of the legend. The picture makes that connection very obvious. What also works wonderfully here is that the age also works in Sumanth’s favour. Here, ANR seems to be from his middle-aged days rather than from the much younger time. It also avoids direct comparison with Naga Chaitanya who has played the same part in the blockbuster movie Mahanati that released earlier in the year.
