Rajinikanth’s Jailer 2 opened to a positive response at the box office. But the surprising situation was witnessed in North India, where the movie managed to collect Rs. 34 crores, which was more than Coolie, which grossed around Rs. 33 crores for the Hindi-dubbed version.

The numbers are excellent, despite the fact that the film was not released in the national multiplex chains of North India. Amid the success of Jailer 2, the list of the top Tamil-dubbed films at the Hindi box office is out now, and the results have been quite good, as Rajinikanth is leading in this list with multiple titles.

Among the last four positions, Mani Ratnam’s PS 1 is in the 7th spot with Rs. 21 crores. Vijay’s GOAT is also there with Rs. 19.5 crores, followed by PS 2 with Rs. 16.25 crores, and Jana Nayagan with Rs. 16 crores.

As mentioned, Rajinikanth is clearly leading the list with five films. The result has once again raised the question of whether Rajinikanth’s films should receive a full-fledged release for the Hindi-dubbed version in North India.
