NTR to AA: What’s Wrong with Camera Angles?

Tollywood is in a golden phase right now, with several Tier 1 star heroes capable of generating massive revenues.

However, a new problem seems to have emerged for these stars. Except for Prabhas and Mahesh Babu, who are tall, other Tier 1 heroes are facing a new problem.

Be it NTR, Allu Arjun, or Ram Charan, they all share a similar height. Cinematographer Rathnavelu recently faced severe criticism and trolling for portraying NTR as short on screen, an issue that had never been a talking point in NTR’s career before.

Now, the same issue seems to be arising with the “Peelings” song from Pushpa 2. In the lyrical dancing video, Allu Arjun appears shorter than usual, making it visibly odd.

The foreign cinematographer Kuba, who handled the camera work for Pushpa 2 and its first part, has come under scrutiny. While this issue wasn’t even a topic in the first part, it has become noticeable now.

It’s surprising that despite the crores spent on high-budget productions, basic aspects like proper camera angles are being overlooked.

At least heroes should step in and proactively address this issue before the final footage is decided. In the end, it will affect them more than anyone else.
