Nudity clause in contract for XXX Movie

Trust Bollywood film industry to take bold filmmaking to a whole new level even when there is a huge hue and cry whenever such a film is passed through censor. A controversy after all is another form of publicity for them and one that comes freely.

So here it is, one of the biggest production houses in Bollywood Balaji Motion Pictures is soon going to make a film called XXX. It is said to be an erotic thriller and will be directed by ad filmmaker turned director Ken Ghosh. For this film producer Ekta Kapoor has apparently added a ‘Nudity Clause’ in the signing contract for the actors as she doesn’t want any last minute cold feet to come in the way. She previously had such experience with Sunny Leone who refused to shoot such scenes.

XXX however will star all newcomers and once the casting process is over it will go onto sets. With such a title and such clause one wonders the film’s fate at the censors?
