October: Prime Video Vs Aha Video

October is going to be like a festival for movie lovers as there would be four different new movies releasing on primarily two digital platforms, one a global one and the other one is a regional platform.

‘Orey Bujjiga’ and ‘Nishabdham‘ will begin streaming from 2nd October onwards on ‘Aha’ and Amazon Prime respectively. ‘Colour Photo’ will steam on Aha platform on 23rd October while Suriya’s big movie ‘Soorarai Pottru’ will begin streaming on 30th October on Amazon Prime.

Look at the films that are going to stream on the above-mentioned digital platforms. Both the movies aka ‘Nishabdham’ and ‘Soorarai Pottru’ that have star value are coming on Amazon Prime.

Comparatively, small films with struggling heroes are going to stream on Aha. It’s not like, the star value will decide the fate of a movie. But, at least, there would be proper hype, to begin with. But, OTT releases do spring surprises and let’s wait and see if there would be any.
