But the traditional thought process of a commoner doesn’t understand this complicated standards of glamour show business. When we start judging how the celebrities carry themselves wearing fashionable skimpy outfits in the terms of rules and regulations laid out by the standards of one’s religion and race, everything seems to be wrong.
The same thing seems to have happened when Bollywood actress turned television anchor Gauhar Khan appeared in a skimpy outfit for the grand finale episode of the popular music reality show ‘Raw Star’. The episode was being shot in Mumbai Film City in Goregoan and suddenly one Mohammad Akhil Malik slapped her on face and was heard saying, “How could you wear such skimpy outfits and dance to cheap songs being a Muslim?”
Immediately, Gauhar was rescued from him and the security cornered him and he is later taken into police custody. This particular Malik was seen in attendance for the show from three days before the finale episode. Inspite of this incident, gauhar continued with the shooting of the finale episode. This attack curbing the freedom of an actress is condemned by many celebrities and many see it as an act of extreme fanatism.
