One More Criminal & Legal Case on Mohan Babu

The other day, YVS Choudary’s nine-year fight in the court against Mohan Babu has resulted in Mohan Babu’s conviction when the court ordered a year’s jail for Mohan Babu for Rs. 40 lakhs cheque bounce. Mohan Babu has acquired bail in this regard. YVS Choudary slapped another legal notice on Mohan Babu and this time, it’s a different thing.

According to the legal notice sent by YVS Choudary, both Mohan Babu and YVS Choudary has purchases adjacent lands in the outskirts of Jalpally village from the same landlords. There was an agreement between Mohan Babu and YVS Choudary that the former would take care of YVS Choudary’s land from encroachment as Mohan Babu already built a house on the land he bought.

After the cheque bounce conviction, Mohan Babu allegedly has planted bouncers preventing YVS Choudary’s access into his own property. YVS Choudary alleged that Mohan Babu has the mala fide intentions to buy the scheduled land from YVS Choudary and hence, putting pressure on him. We are yet to know Mohan Babu’s response to this legal notice.
