Opening Collections of Krrish 3

The film world had been rife with speculations about the commercial success of Krrish 3 and whether or not it will surpass the 1st day collection of Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani? But as the statistics from the first day came back to trade pundits, it is clear that Krrish 3 did indeed do well on its first day considering that it was a quasi holiday release. In fact, early trade estimates have revealed that the film has earned a maasive sum of 19 crores just from its domestic box office sales while the regional releases add an extra 6 crore to the sum. The film’s total thus stands at a sum of 25 crores.

We will find out very soon whether Krishh 3 has broken the first day record collections set in Bollywood trade world. Since there is more focus on Diwali today we might see a drop in collections but being aimed at kids collections will surely pick up once the festive mood is over.
