The development is expected to have a significant impact on OG 2, one of the most anticipated sequels in Telugu cinema.With Pawan Kalyan unavailable for several months, the project is unlikely to go on floors anytime soon.

Considering Pawan Kalyan’s recovery timeline, his political responsibilities, and Sujeeth’s commitment to Bloody Romeo, OG 2 is now expected to begin production only in the end of 2027. For now, Pawan Kalyan’s health remains the top priority.
