Peddi’s Delhi Mystery: What’s Buchi Babu Cooking?

The much-awaited film Peddi, starring Ram Charan and directed by Buchi Babu Sana, is moving steadily toward completion. The shoot has entered its final phase, and the team is expected to wrap up production within the next month. As announced earlier, the makers are firm on a March 26 release, and there are no signs of postponement. If things go as planned, the film will arrive as a big summer treat for Mega fans.

The film began its journey in Mysuru, Karnataka, where key scenes featuring Ram Charan, Janhvi Kapoor, and other principal cast members were shot. Several important sequences were filmed in front of the iconic Mysore Palace. The team then moved to Hyderabad to complete multiple schedules before returning to Mysore to finish pending portions from the initial shoot.

Among all locations, Delhi has emerged as the most significant backdrop in Peddi. The unit has already completed three major schedules in the capital. During a Hyderabad schedule, the team even made quick trips to Delhi to shoot wrestling sequences at a stadium, ensuring visual continuity. These scenes were carefully planned to blend seamlessly into the narrative.

Later schedules in Delhi focused on outdoor locations, including streets and public spaces, to enhance realism. Currently, another crucial schedule is underway, with filming taking place at prominent spots such as Arun Jaitley Stadium, India Gate, and Telangana Bhavan.

What stands out is the team’s decision to shoot in Delhi during peak winter, enduring harsh cold conditions. Instead of recreating sets in Hyderabad, the makers repeatedly chose real locations, clearly indicating the importance of these sequences to the story.

This strong focus on authentic locations reflects the scale and ambition of Peddi. The repeated Delhi schedules suggest that these portions will play a major role in the film, adding depth and realism to Ram Charan’s character and the overall narrative.
