However, many viewers feel the dance steps designed by choreographer Jani Master seem tailored more for social media virality than for cinematic impact. Several fans pointed out that the steps look like they were created mainly to trend on Instagram Reels and short-form video platforms rather than to enhance the storytelling within the film.

One of the major backlashes is that the choreography focuses heavily on camera-facing movements. Instead of large, expansive dance routines typically seen in mass hero songs, the steps appear simplified and designed for vertical mobile viewing. This style makes it easier for fans and influencers to recreate the hook step and upload their own short videos online, increasing the chances of the song going viral.

Because of this approach, some viewers feel the choreography lacks originality and emotional connection with the film’s narrative. The dance looks more like a standalone promotional clip rather than an organic part of the movie’s storytelling.
