The onset of the TDP+ government in Andhra Pradesh has instigated a positive wave for the Telugu film industry. The new government is proactively nurturing the film industry by instantly permitting ticket price hikes and additional shows.
In the case of Devara, the makers specifically thanked the government and mainly Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan for putting in the extra effort to support the film industry. Apparently, Pawan proactively permitted ticket price hikes for Devara, as was noted by Sithara Naga Vamsi then.
Now, the stage is being prepared for the theatrical debut of Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2 in under a month from now.
Needless to say, the makers will approach the AP government for ticket price hikes. While this might be a standard procedure, the buzzing fan wars between Allu Arjun’s fans and Mega fans on social media makes things a whole lot more interesting.
However, the fact here is that the AP government is bound to think beyond opinion lines and support Pushpa 2 with required hikes. There is no need for many doubts in this regard.
