Pooja Hegde’s Revenge: Solid Punch To Sreeleela

Sultry beauty Pooja Hegde is stepping in as the second heroine opposite Varun Dhawan in David Dhawan’s upcoming comedy.

Initially, Sreeleela was supposed to do this role, marking her Hindi debut, but recent sources confirm Pooja has replaced her. This marks her first collab with Varun Dhawan.

When asked about this project, Pooja expressed her excitement, mentioning that she has several announcements to make.

The film features Mrunal Thakur as the main heroine.

Interestingly, last year Sreeleela replaced Pooja Hegde in Mahesh Babu’s Guntur Kaaram, and now Pooja has replaced Sreeleela in a Bollywood film. Karma indeed has strange ways of balancing things.

Guntur Kaaram turned out to be a dud, so we will have to wait and see if Pooja Hegde delivers a hit or a flop with this film.

Also, it will be interesting to see Mrunal Thakur vs Pooja Hegde in the film. In David Dhawan’s films, heroines are mostly used to serve glamor treat to the audience. It will be exciting to witness Mrunal and Pooja’s competition in showcasing their assets to lure the audience.

The film is reportedly titled Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai, but an official announcement has yet to be made.
