Poor Amy has no time to mingle

With two big Tamil projects in her kitty, a film each with Dhanush and Udhayanidhi Stalin, Amy Jackson is in love with her work so much that she has no time to find her prince charming, at least not in the immediate future. Post I, Amy is very focused about her career. Since she knows her job entails lot of travelling, she’s not keen on entering into a relationship as she feels she can’t dedicate enough time. She wants to concentrate on her career for the next five years.

She spent the last three years of her life on Shankar’s I, and will spend the reminder of the year on her next two projects. With such a packed schedule, Amy fears getting into a relationship might hamper her career. While she plays a village belle in actor-producer Udhayanidhi’s project, she will be seen in a quirky, urban girl next door opposite Dhanush. And she’s expected to start shooting for these films in the next couple of months. Amy along with Vikram is currently in Dubai promoting their film I, which is doing well at the box-office despite mixed talk.

There’s a misconception that since she’s British, she’s likely to take up glamorous roles without hesitation. But Amy is very clear that she wants roles in which she can prove her mettle.
