Prabhas’ First Political Connection!

Prabhas is currently busy with ‘Saaho’. The latest buzz has got it that the clean and non-controversial star is going to back a political movie. According to the latest report in the Deccan Chronicle, the rebel star will be backing the biopic ‘Yatra’, financially, as he is a close friend of the producer, Vijay.

Though his uncle Krishnam Raju has been affiliated with a couple of parties, Prabhas always maintained a clean apolitical image, so far. He has been a non-controversial hero. ‘Yatra’ is being helmed by Mahi V Raghav of ‘Anando Brahma’ fame and Malayalam Superstar Mammootty is essaying the role of YSR.

Will this move by Prabhas help him to keep his clean and non-controversial image with the tag ‘Darling!’ intact? Let’s wait for the confirmation if Prabhas is indeed going to help the movie, financially. Needless to say, ‘Yatra’ is going to be heavily political though it might reflect a particular phase in the life of the former Chief Minister of undivided Andhra Pradesh.
