Prabhas Next Could Be a Thriller Ride

Prabhas and Karthik Ghattamaneni's Upcoming Thriller

After The Raja Saab, Prabhas reportedly promised People Media Factory another film. Now, the production house seems to be working on that commitment, and director Karthik Ghattamaneni is said to be in the picture with a thriller script.

Buzz is that producer TG Vishwa Prasad has taken a story prepared by Karthik to Prabhas. The actor reportedly liked the line and asked the director to come back with a bound script. If the script works out, the project could move ahead soon.

Karthik, who started out as a cinematographer before becoming a director, is known for films like Eagle and Mirai. He is now said to be planning a thriller that will show Prabhas in a different role.

The project is still in the early stages, and there is no official announcement. Reports suggest that the film could be launched in 2027 and if everything goes as planned it will have a release in 2028.

For now, the focus is on the script. If Prabhas gives the final go-ahead, this could be his next film with People Media Factory after The Raja Saab.
