Publicity, whether positive or negative, often boosts a film’s reach. The key is getting people talking, and that is exactly what is happening with Spirit. The Prabhas and Sandeep Reddy Vanga film is already a hot topic online.
Right now, the buzz is around the phrase India’s biggest superstar, which Sandeep Reddy used for Prabhas in the Spirit voice-note promo. This sparked a heated debate among major fandoms on Twitter, especially Shah Rukh Khan fans.
SRK fans argue that the tag belongs to Shah Rukh Khan, calling him the biggest superstar. Meanwhile, Prabhas fans say their hero deserves it due to his massive nationwide footfalls and pan-India appeal.
The discussion has gained big traction on social media as fans defend their favourites. In the end, this noise benefits both sides, boosting hype for Shah Rukh Khan’s King and Prabhas-Vanga’s Spirit.
Sandeep Reddy Vanga also gains huge attention from the controversy. With his history of bold and debated films, this situation seems very familiar territory for him.
