Prabhas’s Unexpected Treat To Fans

One of the first and foremost complaints about Prabhas all the while has been that he takes a good 3 years for every single film. His lethargic pace doesn’t sit well with his fans either. The fact that he took 5 years to do Saaho and Radhe Shyam and both of them failed at the box office proves the same.

However, Prabhas is now ready to throw an unexpected triple treat to fans in 2023.

Adipurush is announced for release on 12 January 2023. Then there’s Salaar which is likely to release next Summer.

The producer of Prabhas’s big budget celluloid, Project K announced that the film could be releasing on October 18, 2023 or in January 2024. If the film really does lock the October 2023 slot, it would mean that Prabhas will have 3 releases in 2023.

It isn’t like Prabhas is lining up 3 random films. All three of them are highly promising ones. Adipurush is directed by Om Raut of blockbuster Tanhaji fame. Salaar is with KGF fame Prashanth Neel. Project K is one of the costliest projects in Indian cinema and it is helmed by Nag Ashwin who previously roles out Mahanati.

From receiving flak for having 1 release every 3 years, Prabhas is now in a position to release 3 films in one year – 2023. He’ll have two releases for certain and all eyes will be on Project K which is yet to lock consolidated release plan.
