Prabhu Deva turns villain from hero

Remember the film ABCD –Any Body Can Dance that released earlier last year? This was a dance based film that starred Prabhu Deva in the lead along with a bunch of reality show contests. The film was released simultaneously in Telugu and Tamil with Hindi version and it was a success for the makers prompting a sequel.

However the leads in the sequel have been changed and stars have been brought in. Upcoming sensations Varun Dhawan and Shraddha Kapoor are playing the main leads in the film. This is what we have so far and today a new revelation has been made which brings spot light back on Prabhu Deva. The buzz is that Prabhu Deva who played hero in the previous film will be seen in a negative role in the sequel. It is still not known if it’s a full-fledged villain role or just a negative character that changes during the course of the film.

Titled ABCD-2, the sequel is in last stages of production. Remo D’Souza who is a choreographer himself and has also directed the first film directs the sequel as well. The film is going to release in summer next year in Telugu and Tamil along with the Hindi version like its predecessor.
