Prakash Raj’s Tadka in Bollywood

Remember the film Ulavacharu Biryani that released couple of years ago? It was directed by Prakash Raj and released simultaneously in Tamil and Kannada along with Telugu. It ended up being a disappointment everywhere though.

After such an outcome one would assume the film to be not touched again but guess what, Prakash Raj is taking Ulavacharu Biryani to Bollywood. It will mark his directorial debut in Hindi. He has roped in Nana Patekar and Shriya to play the main protagonist.

Incidentally Ulavacharu Biryani itself was a remake of successful Malayalam film Salt n Pepper. The Hindi remake is rumored to be titled as Tadka but an official confirmation is awaited.
