Price war this Sankranthi in USA

Multiple releases might be troubling for producers but when it comes to audience, they are not at all complaining. In fact they are feeling in driving seat as the makers are trying their best to woo them at any cost.

Take the case of US, where the audience had to watch at a premium cost like $18 or $20 sometimes, now have the luxury to watch films at $12. The makers of Express Raja and Soggade Chinni Nayana have kept the rates such way for all the shows, including premieres. This couldn’t have been possible for sure had the film’s released individually.

Even the rates of the other two big releases are expected to come to reasonable levels sooner than they would otherwise. This is really good news for the moviegoers and hopefully the turnout would make the producers realize the mistake they are doing by hiked ticket prices in US.
