Lawrence Set His Eyes on Megastar’s Movie

The film was made in three languages separately and it became blockbuster in all the three languages. The original was in Tamil, ‘Mannan’ starring Rajinikanth and Vijayashanthi in the lead. Now, Lawrence was going to play lead in the remake of the yesteryear remake.

The Telugu remake was made with Chiranjeevi and Nagma as ‘Gharana Mogudu’ which also created records. Then, it was remade in Hindi as ‘Ladla’ starring Anil Kapoor and Sridevi as the lead pair. With such a history, it has become one of the most watched films even today.

Director P. Vasu is going to helm the remake project with Kovai Sarala playing the lead. Who would reprise the role of the heroine who has negative shades but as powerful as the hero and equally important. There would be a second heroine as well. With Lawrence, the film might have a different touch altogether.
