Rajamouli’s villain charges 6Crs for a key role!

Kannada actor Sudeep struck gold few years back playing antagonist in the film Eega. Ever since its stupendous success in both Telugu and Tamil, the actor has been hounded to play similar sort of roles across the industries. The actor has however shown tremendous restraint and didn’t accept all those offers coming his way.

This exclusivity seems to have finally paid off for the actor literally. Sudeep has recently been offered an astronomical 6 Cr reportedly to play an important role in the upcoming film of Tamil star Vijay. The actor calls it a parallel lead along with Vijay and tells it as the reason for accepting the film. Whatever may be the reason the price paid for him to act in the film has made him the highest paid actor roped in from an ‘other-language’ film industry. Shooting of the film is slated to begin in September later in the year.
