They insisted that the protagonist has some physical disability to bring freshness to the rustic characterisation. Hence, came the idea that Ram Charan will play a character with hearing impairment. In a recent interview, Ram Charan revealed that this disability brought in situational humour and was a big plus to the basic narrative.
