It is now almost confirmed that Ram Charan’s Govindudu Andari Vadele will have a direct release in Tamil Nadu and not a Friday release as is being reported. Current political unrest in the state along with some financial issues are said to be the reason behind the last minute issues. But now it looks like things are moving in positive direction and shows along with timings are being slowly updated.
With limited release the film’s run is completely depending on the talk of the movie. Ram Charan has good following in Chennai and Tamil Nadu overall, still with multiple film releasing and a truncated release like this, it would be a loss to the makers and distributors. We have to see how well the movie opens now in the rest of India so that it could cover the deficit of Tamil Nadu.
