Ramya Krishna Signs a Mother Role!

Whenever there is a challenging role for a character artist, senior seasoned actresses like Nadiya, Raadhika Sharat Kumar, Ramya Krishna etc come into the minds of the filmmakers. Radhika Sharat Kumar played an important role in Vishal’s ‘Poojai’.

This movie is being remade in Sandalwood with Puneeth Rajkumar playing the role essayed by Vishal in the original Tamil movie. Ramya Krishna is playing Puneeth’s mother in the Kannada remake ‘Anjaniputra’ of the Tamil movie ‘Poojai’.

This inclusion of Ramya is going to add more weight to the film as Ramya Krishna is quite popular in Sandalwood as well. Sandalwood actress Rashmika Mandanna is reprising the role originally played by Shruti Haasan. This is an out-and-out mass entertainer which is being helmed by the choreographer turned director Harsha.
