Pic Talk: Continuing The Impressive Trend

Ever since it was announced that Sharwanand would be playing a gangster next, there has been a great curiosity on the project. The actor’s full grown beard added to the hype further.

Today, the first look of the poster of the movie along with the title, has been revealed. The gangster flick has been titled Ranarangam and Sharwanand is seen in a cool new look smoking cigar channelling the inner Superstar.

The poster continues the trend of interesting and exciting first looks of director Sudheer Varma’s previous flicks. Remember, Kesava, it created a massive impression from the first poster itself and set the hype in motion for the flick.

Sharwanand, meanwhile, shows his versatility yet again with a different subject and get up. Ranarangam stars Kajal, and Kalyani Priyadarshan in the female. Suryadevara Naga Vamsi produces the flick which is going to hit screens on August 2nd.

The confirmation of release date in advance is the right decision from the makers. It avoids unnecessary confusion, and as there are other films also slated to arrive around the same time, one can prevent clashes, as well.
