Rave Party Case: No Relief For Hema

The booming drug culture in our society was resurfaced with the recent Bengaluru rave party case. The Bengaluru police raided a farmhouse in the Electronic City area last week upon receiving a tip-off about a rave party.

Apart from arresting a few individuals, the police have also seized significant amounts of drugs, including cocaine and MDMA.

Noted actress Hema is also one of the accused individuals in this case. Now, Bengaluru’s City Crime Branch police sent her notices once again, asking her to attend the interrogation in Bengaluru on June 1.

Hema was earlier asked to attend the questioning on May 27. However, she skipped the interrogation saying that she was suffering from viral fever.

Even when her name surfaced in this case, Hema denied allegations by releasing a video. She said she was chilling at a farmhouse in Hyderabad and didn’t go to Bengaluru to attend any rave party.

However, the cops confirmed her attendance at the party. Her flight tickets to Bengaluru, dating prior to the event’s day, also surfaced on social media. Reportedly, her blood samples also tested positive for drug consumption.

Now, it has to be seen if Hema attends the questioning on June 1st or decides to skip it once again.

On the other hand, notices were sent to the owner of a car displaying MLA Kakani Govardhan’s sticker. This vehicle was found at the farmhouse on the day of the raid.
